About Me
I teach breath focussed yoga, which gives busy minds and bodies not only the opportunity for a much needed exhale, to release built up stress and tension, but also a much needed inhale, to replenish.
I have a warm and friendly teaching style and enjoy having a laugh in class.
Personally, I returned to yoga as an adult (after dabbling as a child) to seek mental and physical relief from a knee injury and I continue practicing for the balance it brings my busy mind and the benefits it brings to my rock climbing.
My yoga classes cater to beginners and seasoned yogis. I also specialise in introducing yoga to rock climbers who are keen to learn how yoga can enhance their climbing.
